It's a perpetual struggle. The sun is shining. The wax is melting.

While we will do everything possible to make sure that your candles arrive in pristine condition, we cannot guarantee it. 

Here are the steps we are taking to protect your orders:

  • We will use heat-resistant packaging and gel packs to protect your order during Summer months
  • When the temperature rises over 80 degrees, we will only ship orders Monday-Wednesday. This will help limit the amount of time that items sit in hot trucks and warehouses over the weekend.
  • Due to the heat-sensitive nature of candles, we do not suggest international shipping; however, it may be arranged on a case by case basis. Email us for details. 


We suggest that you try to arrange delivery for a time when someone will be home, so that packages are not left outside for long periods of time. Regrettably, we do not refund for soft or melted products. Should an item arrive melted, we suggest leaving the lid on and placing it right-side up in a cool location for a few hours. The wax should be just fine.
